Itinerary

• • Day 1 : Denpasar – Chengdu

    Gather at Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali. Fly to Chengdu via Kuala Lumpur onboard Malaysia Airlines. Arrive at Chengdu Tianfu International Airport around midnight and check in to the hotel.

  • Day 2 : Chengdu – Chongqing (B, L, D)

    Drive to Chongqing by bus. Visit Ciqikou Ancient Town, witness the train passing through a building at Liziba Station, and explore the stunning classic architecture of Hongyadong. Check in to hotel.

  • Day 3 : Chongqing (B, L)

    Visit the historic Danzishi Area, explore Jiefangbei downtown, ride the Yangtze River Cableway, shop at The Ring Mall, and relax at Longmenhao Area. Check in to hotel.

  • Day 4 : Chongqing – Leshan – Emeishan (B, L, D)

    Travel to Leshan to see the Leshan Giant Buddha via a scenic Boat Cruise. Continue to Baoguo Temple at the foot of Mount Emei. Check in to hotel.

  • Day 5 : Emeishan – Chengdu (B, L, D)

    Explore Huanglongxi Ancient Town, then visit trendy lifestyle hubs in Chengdu: Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road. Check in to hotel.

Terms & Condition:

• Minimum Departure
  • Tour operates with a minimum of 20 participants.
  • If the minimum is not met, the Travel Agent reserves the right to adjust the tour price or reschedule the departure date.
• Booking & Deposit
  • A non-refundable deposit of IDR 6,500,000 per person and a passport copy are required to confirm the booking.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 8 months from the return date.
  • If there are amendments or additional names on passport pages 4–5, supporting documents must be provided.
  • Seats are confirmed automatically once the deposit is received.
  • Guests without a deposit are not guaranteed a seat and may be replaced by fully deposited bookings.
• Final Payment
  • Full payment must be completed at least 30 days before departure.
  • Late payments may be subject to penalties.
• Tour Price
  • Tour prices are All-In, including international airport taxes based on current rates.
  • However, airport taxes, visa fees, tipping, airline surcharges, hotels, and other operational costs may change without prior notice.
  • Once the deposit is paid, the base tour price is secured, except for variable international taxes.
• Air Ticket & Visa
  • Air tickets will be issued according to the airline schedule and cannot wait for visa approval.
  • Participants are strongly advised to apply for their visa at least 1 month before departure.
  • Air tickets are non-refundable once issued.
• Cancellation Policy
  • More than 30 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • 30 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee applies.
• Visa Rejection
  • Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy.
  • If a visa is rejected more than 30 days before departure, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If rejected within 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the participant must settle the remaining balance according to the cancellation policy.
  • The Travel Agent is not obligated to provide airline, hotel, or supplier refund documentation.
• Booking Changes
  • Deposits are non-refundable for voluntary cancellations.
  • Change of departure date is allowed only within 30 days of the original departure and is subject to the highest applicable tour fare and tour availability.
• Travel Documents
  • The Travel Agent is not required to provide airline PNRs or e-tickets due to passenger privacy policies.
• Immigration
  • Entry approval is entirely at the discretion of immigration authorities.
  • The Travel Agent is not responsible if a participant is denied entry or departure due to immigration issues, visa misuse, criminal records, or invalid documents.
  • No refund will be provided in such cases.
• Force Majeure
  • The Travel Agent is not liable for changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, airline disruptions, political unrest, baggage issues, accidents, or government regulations.
  • Any additional expenses, rescheduling fees, or unused services resulting from such events will be the participant's responsibility.
• Itinerary Changes
  • The itinerary may be adjusted without prior notice for operational, safety, or weather reasons.
