Itinerary:

• Day 1 | Denpasar – Incheon

  Gather at Ngurah Rai International Airport (Bali) for evening flight to Incheon via transit in Kuala Lumpur.

• Day 2 | Incheon – Nami Island – Seoul (Meals On Board, Lunch)

  Arrive in Incheon; visit Songdo Central Park, Nami Island, and Gangnam COEX Mall (Starfield Library & Gangnam Style Statue); hotel check-in.

• Day 3 | Seoul City Tour (Breakfast, Lunch)

• Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, National Folklore Museum, pass the Blue House, explore Itaewon Mosque / Noksapyeong Street, visit Namsan Seoul Tower (Love & Lock), and shop in Dongdaemun.

• Day 4 | Seoul Cultural Tour & Shopping (Breakfast, Lunch)

  Visit National Ginseng Museum, Healthcare Shop, Bukchon/Songdo Hanok Village, Duty-Free & K-Cosmetic Shops; enjoy Hanbok wearing and Kimchi/Kimbap making; shop at Myeongdong Street.

Terms & Condition:

• Minimum Quorum: Requires at least 20 participants; D&V Tours reserves the right to revise pricing and evaluate schedules if the quota is not met.

• Deposit: IDR 6,500,000 / person deposit required upon registration (fully refunded if the departure is canceled by the tour operator).

• Visa Policies: If the Group Visa process is not eligible, participants will be directed to apply for an Individual Visa (IDR 1,650,000 / person). Visa fees are non-refundable if rejected. Flight tickets will be issued regardless of visa issuance.

• Cancellation Penalty (Visa Rejection / Medical Reasons with proof):

  • > 21 days prior: 50% DP forfeited.

  • 16 – 21 days prior: 100% DP forfeited.

  • 8 – 15 days prior: 30% total tour fee refunded.

  • 3 – 7 days prior: 20% total tour fee refunded.

  • 1 – 2 days prior: 10% total tour fee refunded.

• General Terms: Name changes after ticket issuance follow airline rules. Tour schedules and flights are subject to change due to weather, traffic, or operational needs. Force majeure cancellations follow provider/vendor policies. No refund if barred by immigration or due to invalid/fraudulent travel documents.
